What is supported by the helpdesk?


The Codyco Hosting help desk provides support only to the service provided by Codyco Hosting. Therefore, we only support issues related to our systems.

This means that we do not provide personal support for third party software and services. For this we have a large and extensive knowledge base (FAQ) available, available at https://www.codyco.io/knowledgebase.php

Supported Questions

For example, the help desk supports:

  • Questions about orders, extensions, …;
  • Change Primary Customer Data (Name, Company Name, etc).
  • Resetting a hosting package,
  • Enable DNS Management.
  • Questions about the web hosting package (ie no specific scripts or software) that can not be found in the Knowledge Base (FAQ).

Other questions

Answering or other questions, such as:

  • Creating your website,
  • Uploading your website,
  • Error messages,
  • Changes to DNS or nameservers or the associated error messages,
  • Setting up your email client,
  • Setting up your email accounts and forwarders
  • Installing software like WordPress and/or Joomla

Are found in the Knowledge Base (FAQ). Such questions require no support from our helpdesk.

For a software package, you can also always visit the online communities and forums on the internet. You can usually find these by simply entering your software package name in a search engine like Google (www.google.com).
